BOOST System & Total Delegation
Worker 2: Financial Control - Your Automatic CFO
The Budget Optimization Worker acts as your personal Chief Financial Officer (CFO), operating continuously (every 5 minutes). Its role is to manage your advertising investment fund and correct structural campaign inefficiency, prioritizing financial control and profitability.

1. Intelligent Budget Adjustment (Safe Scaling) 📈
Using the Central Manager's Financial Score, the system guarantees maximum efficiency in resource allocation:
- Automatic Scaling (Growth): The system automatically scales the budget of winning ads (safe scaling) to maximize profitability.
- Immediate Cut (Stop-Loss): Immediately cuts the budget of losing ads, ensuring that the total spend never exceeds the daily limit of all active campaigns.
2. Dynamic Audience Management 🎯
Financial Control Algorithm has the ability to modify targeting tactics autonomously to combat imminent Creative Fatigue and maintain stable ROAS:
- Radius Expansion (Fatigue Combat): It can slightly expand the targeting radius (e.g., from 10km to 15km) to inject a new audience before the cost spikes.
- Tactical Radius Reduction (Correction): If a previous expansion did not work and the CPA worsens, it can reduce the radius back to its optimal size autonomously.
- Strategic Changes (Suggestion): Reducing the radius below the original size or changing the location center (e.g., from Madrid to Valencia) are strategic decisions that require your explicit approval.
3. Execution Timing (Bidding) ⏰
Synchronization is key when working with advertising platforms. The Financial Control Algorithm manages the execution time to guarantee maximum impact on Meta Ads’ daily spending curve:
- Budget Changes (Start of Day): Budget adjustments are scheduled to execute at 00:00:01 AM (or as close as possible to the start of the Meta Ads day). This guarantees the platform uses the new budget from the very first moment, preventing over/underutilization.
- Audience or Bid Changes (Immediate): Modifications to audiences or bids can be executed immediately (24/7), as they affect bid quality, not the daily spending limit.
