BOOST System and autopilot

Coming soonThis feature is not available yet: here is how it will work.

When BOOST pauses an ad on its own because it was costing you far more than usual (the emergency pause), it emails you so you know what it paused and why: what it spent in the last 7 days, how many purchases or contacts Meta measured and your cost per customer target, with a link to each ad in the app. If BOOST pauses several ads at once, they all come together in one email.

Meta only sees what happens online. If your customers reach you by phone or WhatsApp, neither Meta nor BOOST sees them, and an ad that works for you can look expensive. If you know it works, reactivate it from the app: BOOST stops pausing it on its own and only suggests the pause (see «What it never touches»).

While it stays that way, BOOST writes to you again in two cases: if the ad has spent three times your cost per customer target since the last notice without any new purchase or contact, or every four days while its pause suggestion is waiting for you. If you reject the suggestion, it stops reminding you and only warns you if the spend without results keeps growing.

The email is only about ads. The campaigns BOOST pauses don't come by email: you see them in what BOOST did (see «How to see what it did last night»).
