Subscription Management: Full Control of Your Financial Account
The Subscriptions and Billing section allows you to manage your current plan, modify the payment method, download historical invoices, and control your billing cycle. You can access this section from the main menu, under Account Settings (⚙️) > Billing and Plan.


Changing Your Plan (Upgrade and Downgrade) ⬆️⬇️
You can change your MarkettAI plan at any time. The process is immediate for upgrades and scheduled for the end of the current billing cycle for downgrades.
- Upgrade: The change to the Pro or Master Plan is applied instantly. You will be charged the proportional difference for the remaining days of the current cycle.
- Downgrade: The change to the Starter Plan or cancellation will be scheduled for the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain the functionalities of your current plan until that date.
Managing Payment Methods and Billing 💳
From this subsection, you can add, remove, or update your main payment method (credit/debit card or bank account).
- Card Update: If your card expires or a payment is rejected, the system will notify you and provide a direct link to update it.
- Tax Data: Ensure your Name/Company and Tax ID are correct in the billing details for the issuance of valid invoices.
- Invoice Download: You have access to the complete history of all your payments. Each invoice includes a breakdown of the base cost and, if applicable, the Variable Fee for the Pro Plan.
Subscription Cancellation 👋
You can start the cancellation process at any time from the bottom of the subscription management page. Remember that the effective cancellation will take effect at the end of the billing period that has already been paid, and no refunds are issued for the unused portion.
