If your profile shows "Your Meta session expired" or "The page could not be verified", Markettai has lost access. This is usually normal: Meta closes access every so often for security, even if you have touched nothing.

The fix is always the same: click the reconnect button next to the warning, sign in to Facebook and accept the permissions again. Your campaigns, your data and your contacts are not lost.

There are two similar warnings that Markettai cannot fix because they depend on Meta. "Payment issue pending" means Meta cannot charge you for the ads, and "Ad account disabled" means Meta has blocked that account. In both cases the warning takes you straight to the Meta screen where it is resolved.

While the connection is down, the automatic system does not touch that account (see «What it never touches»).
