When something is not working in Markettai, almost always one of these three links in the chain is failing. Start by working out which:

1. Nobody is coming. Your ad or your post is not catching the people who see it. The problem is in the image, the video or the headline: check them in «Ads» or in «Posts».
2. People come but do not leave their details. They reach your page and leave without filling anything in. The problem is in that page, in what you offer or in how you tell it: check it in «Landings».
3. I have contacts but they do not turn into appointments. Here the problem is not advertising. Check that your calendar has free hours (see «Setting your availability and blocking time by hand») and that you are confirming appointments for new contacts (see «A customer's journey: from ad to appointment»).

If the failure is that the app cannot publish anything, the problem is usually the connection with Meta: look at the warnings in your profile (see «What each Meta connection warning means»).
