Getting started & onboarding
In your profile, next to each connected Facebook page and each connected ad account, Markettai shows a label with the state of that connection:
- Connected, in green: all in order, nothing for you to do.
- Action required, in amber: something is missing before you can work with that page.
- Error or Disconnected, in red: Markettai cannot get access right now.
- Syncing: the state is being checked, wait a few seconds.
When it is not green, the label also tells you the specific cause and offers you the button that fixes it. You do not have to hunt for anything: the app opens the step-by-step guide that matches each case.

| What the label says | What it means | What it offers you |
|---|---|---|
| Instagram not linked | Your Facebook page has no professional Instagram account attached | Guide to link it |
| No permission to advertise | Your Facebook user has no permission to run ads on that page | Guide to give yourself that permission |
| No permission to publish content | The same as above, but for publishing on the page | Guide to give yourself that permission |
| You have no ad account connected | You can publish, but not advertise, because the account that pays is missing | Guide to create it |
| Your ad account cannot promote this page | The page and the ad account are not linked inside Meta | Guide to link them |
| Your Meta session expired | Meta has closed the access, which is normal every so often | Button to reconnect |
| The page or the account could not be verified | Meta is not answering about that item | Button to reconnect |
| Payment issue pending at Meta | Meta cannot charge you for the ads | Direct link to your payment details at Meta |
| Ad account disabled by Meta | Meta has blocked that account | Direct link to your account quality at Meta |
| Unusual state at Meta | Something uncommon worth a look | No automatic action, check it in your Meta account |
