Getting started & onboarding
Your strategic profile is the record where Markettai keeps what your business is like and how you speak: who you sell to, what sets you apart from the competition, the objection you hear most often, the tone you want to use and the words you prefer or avoid.
It is the same record that sign-up calls the Master Profile (see «What happens when you sign up and why we ask you questions»). Every time the AI writes an ad, a post or an email for you, it consults the record so that the result sounds like you and not like a generic template.
You can edit it whenever you like from your profile, or ask the assistant to change something specific for you (see «What Brand mode is for»). The more complete it is, the less you will have to correct what the AI produces.
In the same record, next to the visual direction, you choose whether the images the AI generates may include people. It starts on “Avoid”: invented people are what most gives away that an image is artificial, so scenes tell the story with your product, objects and spaces. The photos you upload yourself are kept as they are, with whoever appears in them. If you want scenes with people, for example with the “Human and approachable” direction, switch it to “Allow”. It is your decision, from your profile or by asking the assistant: Markettai never changes it on its own.
The most common mistake when starting out is skipping this part during sign-up and never coming back. With an empty record, everything the AI generates reads correctly but impersonally.
