Getting started & onboarding
Signing up to Markettai is a chat conversation, not a long form. First you pick a language and we ask whether you have a website.

If you say yes, you paste the address and the AI analyses it: it pulls out your logo, your colours, a description of your business, what line of work you are in and the area you cover. You review and confirm each piece of data before moving on. If your website doesn't say where your business is, we ask you to choose the area: we don't assume one, because it's where your ads will be shown.
If you have no website, or don't remember its address (in that step you will see "I don't remember my website"), we offer to find your business on Google by its name and your city. If you pick your listing and confirm with "Yes, this is my business", we use its website, if it has one, as if you had typed it, suggest your line of business and place a 10 km point at your address. You review each piece of data, and always the area, before saving. This step may not appear, or your business may not show up in the search: then, with "It's not here, I'll go on by hand", you fill in those same three blocks by hand (your brand identity with the logo and the colours, your business details and the area you serve).
Next you connect your Meta account (see «Connecting your Meta account step by step»). If you don't have it ready yet, you can leave it for later: in the meantime you can create creatives and websites, but you can't launch campaigns or publish posts until you connect it from your profile. Finally, you choose how you want to use the app, in guided mode or in expert mode (see «Switching between guided and expert mode»).
The last part is optional: we invite you to answer a few questions about your business, who you sell to, what sets you apart, the objection you hear most often and how you want to sound. Those answers build your Master Profile, the record the AI consults afterwards so that your ads, posts and emails sound like you and not like a template. It is the same record that your profile and the chat call the Strategic Profile or Brand Settings. You can skip this step and complete it later.
