The Central Manager’s Diagnosis: The AI Tells You What to Do 💬
The core value of the BOOST System lies in its diagnostic capability through the Central Manager. In Starter Mode, the AI does 99% of the intellectual work: it monitors your campaigns every 15 minutes, calculates the Inefficiency Score, and determines the Next Best Action.
The major difference between the Starter Plan and the Pro Plan is execution: The Starter Plan tells you what to do (the suggestion); the Pro Plan does it for you (the delegation).
1. The Inefficiency Score 📈
The Inefficiency Score is the master metric that consolidates the risks in your account. This Score is the result of the aggregation of two primary risks:
- Creative Fatigue Risk: Comes from the Fatigue Score. Indicates that an ad is burning out and losing effectiveness.
- Financial Risk: Based on the CPA. Indicates if an ad is spending money at a cost higher than your profitability target.
A high total Inefficiency Score (>70) is a warning that ROI loss is imminent or already occurring. The AI provides this diagnosis in real-time.
2. The AI Suggestion: The "Next Best Action" ➡️
For each Inefficiency Score detected, the Central Manager gives you a clear suggestion:
- P1 Suggestion Example (Financial Control): "Immediately pause ad ‘Christmas Offer’ - CPA too high (Priority 1)." (Manual action required: Pause ad).
- P2 Suggestion Example (Creative Rotation): "Rotate creative in campaign ‘Spring Launch’ - Critical Fatigue Score." (Manual action required: Ad rotation).
3. The Starter Mode Bottleneck
Starter Mode ensures you will never have to wonder what to do. The AI will always give you the answer. However, the bottleneck is the time it takes you to execute the suggested action.
If the Central Manager detects an ROI loss at 3:00 AM, the ad will continue to bleed money until you wake up and execute the manual action (pause). The Pro Plan eliminates this bottleneck: the AI detects and executes the Stop-Loss action instantly through the Python Workers.
