The community is a chat organised in channels where you meet other businesses using Markettai. Each channel covers one topic, and messages appear in real time without reloading anything.

You can write, reply and attach files, for example to show one of your ads and ask for opinions. Each channel can have one message pinned at the top, which the Markettai team uses for whatever matters in that channel.

Next to the chat you also have the assistant, working exactly as it does everywhere else in the app.

Some channels are only for customers on certain plans or programmes: if one does not appear, your account does not have access to it yet.
