Markettai can reply on its own to anyone who comments a specific word on your Instagram. It is what you use for campaigns along the lines of "comment INFO and I will send you the price".

You define the word and the two replies: the one published as an answer to the comment, in plain view, and the one sent by private message to that person. The private message can include a link, for example to the page where they leave their details.

The rule can apply to your whole account or only to one specific post, whichever suits you.
