The Boost assistant, the chat inside the app, has a maximum number of messages per day depending on your plan. It is a separate balance from your AI credits:

When you reach your daily limit, the chat locks until the next day and offers you an upgrade if there is a higher plan available. It helps to know what counts and what does not.

It uses one message from your daily limit for every real answer: a greeting, a question, an answer adapted to your brand, a content idea, or a question back from the assistant asking you to clarify something.

It uses nothing to confirm or cancel a change to your brand profile, to prepare that change when you ask for it directly ("add X to my words to avoid"), to ask for something that was already the way you asked for it, when the assistant hits a technical error, or when it discards an answer of its own for breaking your brand rules. If you ask for the change in other words, the assistant has to interpret it: that message answers you like any other, proposes the change at the same time and uses one message.

Generating images, videos or text from the chat does not use messages: it uses AI credits (see «AI credits and what happens when they run out»). They are two separate balances, and running out of one does not affect the other.
