With the Starter, Pro or Master plan we prepare your first posts without spending credits, once per account. They are requested on their own when you finish the initial setup; if by then you had not connected Instagram or bought the plan, a card shows up at the top of Posts (see «Posts») with the "Prepare my first posts" button, or with what is missing to do it. During the trial they are not prepared: the card tells you that you will get them when your plan starts, and offers the button once it does.

What we prepare depends on what your Instagram account already has. With fewer than nine posts, a launch kit of six or nine posts in an order meant to look good together on your profile: introduction, your services, why choose you, how to book, a frequent question and an invitation to get in touch. With nine or more, a welcome pack of three posts about your main services. The texts come from what you told us about your business: they carry no reviews, figures or years of experience you did not give us.

Nothing is published without your approval. While they are being prepared, the card says how many we are preparing; you can keep using the app. Once they are ready, they appear in the "Your first posts" queue, in the planned order, with their dates: you can approve them one by one or all at once, edit them first or discard them. Once approved they are scheduled one a day at 11:00, in the kit's order even if you approve them out of order, and they do not count against your plan's scheduled-post limit. If you do not decide within 14 days, they are discarded automatically.
