The planner proposes all the post drafts for a period of up to a month in one go. You open it with the "Plan" button on the Posts screen (see «Posts»).

First you choose the start and end dates: the start can't be earlier than today, and the end can't be more than a month later. With those dates, the planner tells you how many posts it suggests: about two and a half a week, minus the ones you already have scheduled in that period. If you already have enough, it tells you so and doesn't generate an empty plan: widen the period or pick other dates.

Then you write the goal for the period, for example "launch a new service and get contacts this month". It's the only thing you must fill in besides the dates. If you turn on "Seasonal content", the AI takes into account the special dates in the period: national holidays and the commercial dates that fit your sector, such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, the sales or Black Friday. A draft that prepares one of those dates is scheduled three days before it, so it arrives in time. If there are none in the period, none are made up.

In "Advanced options" you can choose the tone (balanced, funnier, or clinical and serious) and the format you prefer: a mix that is mostly reels, reels only or carousels only.

If what you already have plus what you ask for adds up to more than three and a half posts a week, the planner warns you that your audience may get saturated. To go ahead you have to tick "Ignore and proceed".

If the plan can't be generated, you'll see a notice above the buttons with the option to try again, without losing what you wrote. If the reason is that you're out of credits, the credits window opens. When it generates, you see the proposal: each draft with its date, its format, the topic, the caption it would have, the visual idea and, for reels, the hook script. When you finish, the drafts appear on your calendar with a purple icon. Generating a plan uses a single text generation from your AI credits, however many drafts it has (see «AI credits and what happens when they run out»).

A draft is never published on its own. To turn it into a post, open it and press "Design post": Magic Post opens with the idea already filled in, and when you schedule the post the draft goes away. You can drag a draft to another day on the calendar.

If a draft's date goes by without you designing it, it's marked as a "Missed opportunity" and goes to the pending tray, the tray icon next to the calendar with a red counter. From there you schedule it again on another date, move it to today or delete it.
