Application modules
Every Academy course is split into modules, and every module into lessons. A lesson is a short video plus, almost always, one or more tasks to carry out in your own business.

Your progress saves itself. A finished lesson stays marked as done, and tasks get ticked off as you complete them, so when you come back you know exactly where you were. That progress is yours: if several of you share the account, each person keeps their own.
The tasks are the part that matters. The point of a lesson is not having watched the video, it is having left something done in your account by the end of it.
While you are inside a lesson, the app assistant knows which one it is and can answer questions about that specific content (see «What the assistant understands»). On the Free plan you get three messages a day to use while you follow a course (see «What it uses up from your plan»).
