The moment someone submits the form on one of your capture pages, Markettai sends them an automatic confirmation email. Which one they get depends on what you have set up:

• If you have created your own email template, yours is sent, from your own sender address (see «User settings»). This is the recommended option: the customer sees your name, not ours.
• If you have not set one up, a generic system confirmation is sent, delivered by Markettai but with your name as the visible sender and your address for replies.

That email always goes out at the moment of capture, without you doing anything.

What does not exist yet: Markettai does not send automatic reminders before the appointment, by email or by WhatsApp. If you want to remind someone the day before, today you have to do it yourself.
